HOW DOES SHOP THE CLOSET WORK?
Anything on the site you can either rent or buy! Items under $100 are at a set price of $20 to rent, unless the item is under $50 then they are $15. For items over $100, we set the rental price at 40% of the retail cost.
HOW LONG DO I GET TO KEEP THE ITEM IF I RENT IT?
Items are available to rent for one week at a time. The time begins the day you receive your package. You will receive an email each day reminding you or your return date, and asking if you would like to purchase the item or extend your rental time by one week for an extra $10.
WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THE ITEM?
If the item is returned stained or broken, you will be charged a damage fee based on the price of your item. To avoid a high fine, it is encouraged to purchase our $5 insurance policy.
WHAT DOES THE INSURANCE POLICY COVER?
The insurance policy covers minor wear and tear including stains and tears. It does not cover lost or stolen items.
WHAT'S THE LATEST I CAN RETURN THE ITEM? IS THERE A PENALTY FEE AND HOW MUCH IS IT?
If the item is not shipped two days after the return date, then you begin to be fined $20 a day.
